1. The site you submit MUST be owned by you. (no staff member of a site can apply)
2. No pornography/racist/hate sites.
3. No stolen content.
4. Only graphic, anime, game, neopet, and alliances sites are welcomed.
5. You must have an 88x31 button that is direct linkable. If not than try going to Photobucket and open an account.
6. The code must be visible at all times, such as your splash or main page.
7. You must keep your url, button, and code up to date.

If any of these rules are not followed, your site will be removed from the list. We will e-mail you if such was to happen and give you a week to fix the error.
